WHO I AM
This website is run by Gosia Orzechowska-Nosek, an independent brand designer and art director based in Kraków, Poland. I am the controller of the personal data described below. You can contact me about anything related to your data at gos.orzechowska@gmail.com.
CONTACT FORM AND EMAIL
When you send the contact form or write to me directly, I receive the details you provide: your name, email address and, if you add them, your company, project details, timeline and budget. I use them only to reply to you and to talk about a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). I keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless we start working together. Form submissions are processed by Framer, the platform that hosts this website.
ANALYTICS AND COOKIES
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use it — for example which pages are viewed and for how long. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> (stored for up to two years). They are only set after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the banner does not appear on every visit. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
HOSTING
This website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Amsterdam, the Netherlands). When you visit it, Framer processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the website securely. This is necessary for the website to work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
WHO ELSE HAS ACCESS
I do not sell or share your data. It is processed only by the service providers mentioned above — Framer (hosting and forms), Google (analytics, only with consent, and email) — acting on my behalf.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing that took place before). To use any of these rights, write to gos.orzechowska@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

I may update this policy when the website or the tools it uses change. The current version is always available on this page.
